Group Therapy

Dating & Loneliness
Dating in today’s world can bring up a wide range of emotional experiences - hope, rejection, disconnection, longing, and uncertainty. Many people find themselves feeling isolated or emotionally exhausted, even while actively seeking connection. You may notice recurring relational patterns, such as avoidance, people-pleasing, anxious attachment, or a tendency to shut down emotionally when vulnerability is required. Often, dating challenges are not just about finding the “right person,” but about understanding how past experiences, relationship trauma, and internalized beliefs shape how you relate to others - and to yourself. In group therapy, we work together to explore the emotional, psychological, and relational dynamics behind your dating experiences. The goal isn’t just to date better - it’s to relate more authentically, build emotional safety, and move toward relationships that reflect your values and worth. Core topics may include: -Attachment & Relational Patterns: Exploring avoidant, anxious, or disorganized tendencies in connection -Self-Worth & Internal Dialogue: Understanding how shame or self-doubt influences your dating experiences -Navigating Vulnerability: Building emotional regulation around intimacy, rejection, and being seen -Boundaries & Authenticity: Learning to identify your needs and express them clearly and confidently -Rewriting Relational Narratives: Processing past relationships or dating trauma that still shapes current dynamics -Digital Dating Fatigue: Managing burnout, comparison, and emotional dysregulation in app-based dating culture
